How do you handle your anger ?

I took it a long time ago. I didn't like it.

I think I was on it for 6 or 7 months. I finally told the doctor to f off and stopped taking it.

I've never put my fist through a wall, I've never thrown a controller, I've never yelled at the screen, I've never kicked something out of frustation. If you do these things, you lack self-control and should really get help.

I have been in fights, but only when I didn't have a way out, and not since High School (1994).

I rarely get angry, and usually when I do its at my parents or some inanimate object so its not like I can cuss either of them out. I just take a nice nap. Or I'll do something entertaining, such as drawing, video games, or watching TV.

I hate Risperdal with a passion. But I know what you are talking about. Seroquel instantly calms me down, and then makes me sleep for 14 hours.

I flush it out.

I don't. When I get angry I release it at who or whatever I'm angry at. I think I would explode on someone one day if I tried to hold it in.

I will some times shout, stomp on the ground, kick things and even scream if I really get angry.

light one up, music, read, exercise...realizing that what's making me angry is likely petty and insignificant. sh!t, i can't even remember the last time i got legit angry. bud does wonders for the soul, it does

More often than not I'll just yell out "F*CK!"

Followed by several other quieter curses.

It really depends on the situation and who or what I'm angry at but I can range from holding it in to red zone.

I very rarely get angry.

Take a deep breath. Think clearly. Calm down.
