I don't usually, they are just people I get into random conversation with. If I do recognize them, then I usually don't bring it up, it's not worth getting a GS notice saying "You spammed, your points were lowered :o."

I don't identify users outside of the thread in which they're posting and then only by what's necessary to differentiate the participants in the discussion, usually signature.

If someone changed their sig and avatar, I would think it's a new person...
