If at all? I was at Fuddrucker's the other night(amazing place, btw), and my friends made fun of me as usual for getting my burger cooked well-done. Their argument was that the flavor is diminished without all the juices. Well one of my buddies got the same burger as me, only medium-rare. When we went up to get the burgers, I grabbed the wrong one. I ate half of it and couldn't take anymore. There's NO more flavor at all with those juices IMO, and the bun just got so soggy I felt like throwing up. I took his Well-Done one though and finished with delight!So how do you like your meat cooked?
