How do you refer to soft drinks? *Please read the entire OP*

I live in Texas, and I am confident in saying that just about everyone I know refer to them as Cokes, as did I for a long time. Now I just refer to them as the drink that they are. (eg. Dr. Pepper, Sprite, etc...)

Soda. "Pop" sounds stupid, in my opinion, although supposedly that's the popular term in my county. :P

Usually, I call carbonated drinks soda. But if I'm buying from a concession stand, I'm pretty specific:

Regular Coke, Pepsi, Shasta Orange, etc.
