Just woke up from a nap, and feel sleepier than when I went to sleep. Any tips for getting my head through the fog?

If you sleep for more than an hour and any less than what you need you will always feel groggy. No way to get around that.
Yeah that's probably the best advice. Get some endorphins in the body and stuff. :)Exercise i suppose..

i take day naps during the weekends so i can stay up late night.I just don't take naps.
What's the point if they just make you feel more tired?
