I usually cross my arms across my stomach and pull the shirt up from the front. It's a lot simpler than it sounds.

Arms folded. I'm pretty sure that doing it one arm at a time will stretch the shirt out, so I advise those of you who do this to stop.

This is why I wear jumpsuits, the only way to take it off by pulling it down (as long as there is a zipper down the middle), it also adds that prison sex appeal.

i sort of pull from the collar,everytime i do the crossed arms one i always have both my jumper and t-shirt come off so i just don't use that one lol

Depends on my mood. These days I'm usually doing arms folded, but I love doing it a different way, where you pull both hands off the sleeve and take your shirt off from the inside, it's what I usually do with sweaters because I don't want my shirt pulling up.

I take mine off by the arms. I'll occasionally do it over the back, too. I have no one to impress though, so my shirt taking off is nothing exhilarating.
