If they one then I'd probably assume there would be another world war between the Japanese empire and the third reich, which would inevitably involve nuclear weapons since we weren't the only ones trying to build a giant bomb. The reason being that hitler's main goal was a perfect world via a perfect race, and even though Japan and germany were allies, it did not mean Hitler thought Japanese should have been included in that perfect world. A means to an end, like many things.
Depending on who won we'd either be looking at a world where the dominant if not only race is arian, or where Japan controls almost all of the means of production and world resources(much like they thought would happen in the 80s). From there how far humanity spans up until present day is anyone's guess. They could excel in certain fields where we falter, and falter in certain fields where we excel. There would certainly be no amorality in experimenting with 'nonpure' humans in the world, therefore major medicle breakthroughs might be more likely. The nuclear development, expansion and eventual decomission would probably run similar to ours if occurences similar to chernobyl happen in that eventuality. Culture wise there would be no rock music, therefore none of the major musical breakthroughs we see today (rap, rock, metal, techno, ect.). Nationalism would be a mjor driving force behind pretty much everything, and assuming that bandwagon didn't burn out due to unseen circumstances, a large nation state would be likely.
