Best way to get up is:

A good diet

Vitamins

Plenty of excerise and fresh air

Having at least your basic age requirement for sleep each night

Not messing up your internal clock in by sleep late at weekends

Alarm clock is good but it helps if you ave a comfy bed that allows your body to rest properly

In short a healthy lifestyle is the key to it all, it is more difficult the more stress you have in your life too!!

It's too late now to tell you since this was made last night...but...When I need to wake up at a certain time, I count how many hours it'll be till wake-up time, then I get some sleep. I usually wake up right on time.

I just read the first article. I'm gonna try to become an early-riser, or how they're called. I know what's like to stay awake all night an then go to school, so I will compare this to early rising, decide which is the better choice and stay with it. Who's with me, or you are all old and have tried everything? (I'm 17, so I try every advice I get)

I predict that early-rising is better than don't-sleep-at-night-sleep-in-school.

The alarm clock is set up to 6:00 AM

Force yourself out of bed, provided that you have woken up. Place your face under a tap and let cold water run on your face or get in the shower. Then drink a cup of coffee and you're set to go.
