"How do I look in these clothes?" or "This happened to me today." Do blog threads irritate you, or do you like them because of added post count? Discuss.
I like the ones that are little more than long whiny complaints. The TC is looking for sympathy, but instead what happens is a large pack of OT users pounce upon the topic and completely blast the TC. Good stuff.
I don't mind them sometimes. Because I do read blogs and I gotta admit... most of the blogs here are about gaming. After so much gaming talk, I want to read something else. I guess some are open for discussion so it is cool, I think. But lets be for real here... even if you put it in a blog here... out of maybe 25 comments, I am going to tell you that 5 out of those 25 actually read it so I don't blame those folks for putting it here.
Sometimes it is mildly irritating that you can't 'call a spade a spade' on here (trolls, blog it, etc), but I guess that is just part of GS' charmrawsavon
I think it has forced lots of people to grow and improve their word power! Edit: And others to develop incredibly muscular fingers from clicking "report"
As long as you can actually make a discussion about it, I like it. If you say things like I ate a Micky'Dee, well that's nice, but there is no further discussion about it.. But if you say: I broke with my GF today, what should I do now? That opens the door for many comments. As long as a read invites to reply, I'm ok with it...

Sometimes I find them humorous, if it's just some random and obscure thread that offers nothing then yeah they probably aren't even worth posting in :P
