How does OT like their coffee?

Demerera is awesome - I only use it for baking cookies, has a nice molasses-like taste.

edit - the brown packages at Starbucks are actually raw sugar, if I remember correctly. It doesn't dissolve as quickly into the coffee which maybe explains why it tastes less sweet.

I like it either black, with half'n'half, or hazelnut creamer. I don't ever add any sweetener to it though.
