hahaha I dont know what that is. But you guessed what a V-Card was correctly. So I was just making a pun about them

DARE is like some drug awareness program which goes along with gangs and sex.
They gave out these cards that said like "I won't have sex until I'm married" in contract dialect, and we had to sign.

It was pretty stupid

My school also had anyone participating in prom to sign a card where they said they wouldn't drink, and if they got cought drunk on prom night, they wouldn't be allowed to walk for graduation.

To the DARE comment, I know what it meant, but I didnt know about the cards.

Why do u think that someone is denying their feeling and desires if they practice celebacy? Could it be possible that some people just do not want to have sex until the right time and are not emotionally compelled to have sex? Plus it is EXTREMELY foolish and stupid to act on one's emotions. I prefer to act on reason and not make emotional judgements
