The router is connected to the telephone line and my pc is directly connected to the router with an ethernet cable.

My computer drives over to internets house and knocks on his door.

And he is all like "Knock knock"

Computer is like "Whose there?"

"Computer"

"Computer who?"

"Computer wants to connect to the internets"

My computer is plugged into my wireless router, as I find I get better speeds when hardlined. However, if I want to take my laptop outside or to the can, I unplug it, and it becomes wireless. :)

Mines wireless, but sometimes I wish I could have it connected through an ethernet cable, the connection can be quite bad at times as my PC is upstairs and router is downstairs :(

Wireless Netgear Router.

Wired for both my desktop and my laptop. I ran a 50' Cat5 cable from my router to my bedroom for my laptop.

Midichlorians connect my computer to the internet. In other words: Wireless.
