It doesn't. If I want to see snow, I have to drive for half a day to reach Lake Tahoe.

But being in college, I have no choice but to drive in my tiny Ford =(. And I'm probably going to die. Is your city like this?If your car is bad in the snow, you either have to stay off the roads or get a better car. Most front-wheel drive cars will do just fine after the streets have been plowed.GettingTired

Horribly. People look at it with a "WTF?" face on. Then you get your random asshats that think they know how to handle driving in the snow. I just sit on my porch and have a good laugh.
Where i live,We are lucky if we get a few centimeters of snow for a week in winter. Although those places where it does snow alot, gets plowed regularly, most norwegians know how to handle snow properly.
...Sigh* Not to much chance for my school to shut down because of snow then...
