[QUOTE="rawsavon"][QUOTE="Jandurin"] my treadmill only goes to 10 :(JandurinThe one I have home maxed out at 10 as well But the ones at the gym go to 11 I would like to know what my max speed is though couldn't you just measure out a set length and then time yourself running as fast as you can along that length? Only if you were running at full speed at the start. Otherwise you would have to accelerate and the average speed over that distance would be lower than your actual max speed.
i'm more of a long distanced runner and i'm abit of a slow starter but if i've been running flat out for 50metres after i pass 50 my speed just doubles as i think thats when my body decides to change gears?
but 1 time i ran the 100m dash at a standing start at 11.17 seconds when i was 15 but i was superfit then and now i'm abit lazier mass effect 2 and empire total war did that to me

I'm not really that fast (my 100 meter is 12.7 which is pretty dang bad for track) but still I guess I'm faster than the average guy. I'm more nimble than fast, and run hurdles. I also could run a 6:00 mile if I tried, which again, while not fast, is probably above average.
I guess I'm alright all around.
I can run pretty fast when a **** interest's boyfriend shows up unexpected.
The last thing I want to be is implicated...
