How fat are you? (no offense to fat people)

Athletic build -not fat but I do look at my thighs and tummy now and then and growl -then work out twice as hard the next day. I wouldn't want to be too slim though -skinny boney girls, yick! Looks terrible, you need meat on your bones.Jaguar_Shade

No. Im married.

Anyways... Im 5'11 and I fluctuate between 158-167 pounds. I do alot of running and core exercises like pushups, crunches, pull-ups, etc

In this day and age, its okay to tell a smoker to quit it or theyre going to die.

Okay I was a little harsh about the smoking thing, but people do politely say "hey man, you should stop smoking, its not good for ya."
