This happened to me once...about a half year ago I believe. I was baffled as to how I could off-topic in an off-topic board, but it never bothered me enough to ask anyone!

Look. If you make a thread for something that's already stickied, it will be locked. If you post about gaming here, it will be locked. OT is for everything else (except n00bie questions) that GS doesn't have a specific board for.

Moderation questions go to ATM, like everyone else has posted.

Locks may or may not come with free moderations.
