Futurama is a masterpiece of a sitcom. The show was original and featured amazing humor, compared to a lot of what's on TV these days.

I think it's a far better series than Family Guy.

South Park is actually really great satire. Unfortunately, most people don't watch it for that. They watch it to see Cartman get called a "fatass" forty seven times.

They also have a very strict and conservative moral compas, often to the point of being preachy. I have a feeling that you watched it looking to be offended though and everything good about it just kind of passed through you.
