Coming from an 8-12 hour time difference it usually takes me 2-3 days to get adjusted, make sure you don't let them take naps during the day, get them up when you get up and make them go to bed when you go to bed.
Varies widely from the person and how accustomed they are to it; I'd be shocked if your friend wasn't re-acclimated by the weekend. If he says he's too jetlagged to hang by the weekend, he's probably just ditching you.xaos:( hes gone to germany like 6 times. so hes used to it i think.
also, what does it feel like?pygmahia5
Like if you caught a nasty cold or if you are recovering from a bad case of IBS, you feel lethargic.
I don't understand why people complain about jetlag. I've been on many long flights and I readjust almost immediately.II-FBIsniper-IIFor me, I usually just sleep-deprive myself ahead of the trip so that I'm exhausted by the time night comes around wherever I'm traveling, and the first morning I wake up, I'm on the schedule of wherever I've gone. Even worked when going from Atlanta to Tokyo.
well for me sleeping for a couple of hours + showeris enough to get rid of jetlag after 8 hour flight even when ifeel sick(there hasnt been a single flight where i didnt feel sick and puke out, in one flight i puked 3 times :( )
