Problem is that it's very likely to get cluster modded if you're unaware of such rules. What I'm saying is that having 7 moderations is not that bad, considering all the little things you can get modded for.

True enough. Not the swearing because it's spelled out in the ToU but some moderations are not. And the stickied threads aren't the best place to put rules they should be incorporated into the ToU if they result in moderations. We only agree to the ToU...not the stickies when we sign up. And yes...you can get a bunch of moderations for the same thing before you find out it's not allowed.
