Self explanatory topic. On a good night I usually sleep for about eight or nine hours. I've been working so much the past week that I've only been sleeping for about 3-4 hours a night. Makes me wonder, how much sleep do you all usually get?

Those 8 ams tear me apart big time. No matter how long I have them. I never get use to the morning.6-8 hours. This is thanks to me not having classes really early in the morning.

I don' t like late ones either. Last year I had one class at 6 pm. I skipped it most of the time.
I'm not exactly sure.

Sometimes 6-12 or 15 hours. I have a really hard time sleeping, so I try to do things to tire me out. I tend to wake up a lot during the night and then fall right back to bed, causing me to sleep even longer and feel restless in the morning.

I could sleep at 8pm and wake up at 8am the next morning. I hate it.
5-7. Usually 6. It's frustrating, but at this point what can I do. I wish I could sleep for 8 hours, but my body doesn't let me.Â
I go to sleep around 2-3 in the morning and wake up at 10am the next day... So around 7-8 hours. Sometimes less.
I need at least 9 hours. Mostly I do. Any less than 6 and it's tough.

I hate doing that, it's been a problem pretty much since I was in diapers :P2ndWonder
You may have the same problem I have: my circadian rhythm is fvcked. I've been several times to a sleep clinic and they say they can 'see it' in the waves or whatever.
A certain natural remedy helps, but that's another topic.
