Kind of bored so I thought Id ask. How many moves have you seen in theatres in 2008 so far and how many more do you plan on seeing?

I haven't seen any in theatres. I wait for the Redbox and then use a promo code to watch it for free.

I haven't seen any movies in theaters this year, or last year, although I want to see WALL-E, Hellboy 2, and the Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

Seriously not too long ago I remember movie prices being $4 a ticket. Has illegal downloading pushed it up to $8? For one increasing the price won't encourage more people to come, it'll encourage them to go watch it on youtube instead of paying for 2 gallons of gas essentially.
