I saw it twice in theaters (once in regular, then in IMAX), then I've watched it once all the way though on Blu-ray, and bits and pieces here and there when others were watching it.
I saw it once in theaters and I liked it a lot, but I saw it again when I rented it and it wasn't as exciting as the first time -- I don't expect it to get any better after each viewing.
Three times. Twice in theatres. One at midnight with like 10 of my best friends in the theatre and then one with a few of my other friends. Then once on blu-ray.
3-4 times. Whenever I go back and watch some of my favorite movies that I've seen 20+ times I tend to just find wrong continuity in the filming and tear stuff apart about why it could never happen.
Twice in the theater and once on DVD. It's gotten to the point now that I just watch the movie to show off Ledger's performance to people who haven't seen it. I just can't enjoy it watching it by myself anymore.

I made a thread on OT like a couple weeks after I first watched it.
hmm, maybe a month span was too short, but when the movie came out, my friend was raving about how he watched it a second time a week after he watched it and still loved it.
I watched it four times in theatres, and I've watched it on blu-ray 1.5 times (I watched the second half after dinner when my friends' dad was finishing it lol).
