How many ways can this board say "Over 9000?"

My last post got locked for "Dispruptive Posting." I'm not really sure why but I think it was because it was just my opening post asking you all to solve it without telling you the punchline. So I'm taking it in a different direction with this topic.

How many ways (mathematically) can you say "Over 9000". There are probably a million of them and I want to see how clever these fora can be. For those who aren't really educated in the higher math just go with what you know:

9x*sin(90) > 81000

1/x > 1/9000

etc.

take the basic equation x > 9000 and do things to both sides of the equation.

x^2 > 9000x

x^2 - 900> 9000x - 900

(x - 30)(x + 30) > 900(10x - 1)

(x - 30) / (10x - 1) > 900 / (x + 30)

easy

-x < -9000

eh, I guess I expected a little too much out of this board. I hoped it was going to be like an xkcd forum thread that got several pages showing different ways to represent "1" but then again those are the people who love doing this stuff.

Math, Science, and Computers are my life and I had hoped there were more people here that liked it as much as I.

Anyways I have one more before I admit this thread as an epic failure. x > 9 * 2 ^ 10

I would hope not, your guess ignores one of the fundamental truths about numbers.

There are infinite ways to represent the number 9000. Take, for example:

9000 + 1 > 9000

9000 + 0.5 > 9000

9000 + 9^2 > 9000

9000 + x > 9000 when x > 0

9000x > 9000 when x > 1

As long as you add something to 9000 or multiply it by something greater than 1, it will be "over 9000". Since numbers go on forever, there are an infinite number of ways to represent "over 9000".

9000 + x > 9000
