how much cigarettes u smoke

About a pack a day. More so when im off work and writing. I want to quit because i know its unhealthy. Its not about money though. If i wasnt spending it on smokes id be drinking more or spending it on another vice anyway.

On days that i work i might only smoke 2 and sometimes even none. Im just too busy.

10 a day mostly but on more stressful days probably 20+.

I have never smoke. but I have drank once.

i average about 8 a day.

I only smoke when I drink and even then only when a friend that smokes offers me any.

I used to smoke about 4 packs a week, now I am down to about 1 pack a week :D

I tried winding down and then quitting, but just stopping is so insanely hard.

Since this old thread is still rolling I guess I'll contribute some more.

I am still on about 10 rollies a day, though it does depend what I am doing. I can get through more if I'm smoking while I'm playing a stressing game, and if I buy a pack of 20 straights for a night out there are usually none left in the morning. I find it quite hard to keep track of how much tobacco I smoke.

i want to stop, but i'm pretty sure i'm addicted. but i decided i'm not going to buy any more, i think that will help. but before i made this decision, i smoked probably a pack a week, maybe a bit more (that's how long it would take me to smoke MY pack, but other people would give me cigarettes as well). i know that's not a lot compared to some people, but still :P

I smoked 3 yesterday, 3 different brands because I was in Chinatown at the arcades playing SSFIV and was too sick to play and sat outside smoking...

I only smoke black and milds, regularly. 5 come in one pack, so I usually smoke about 10 a month.

I don't smoke cigarettes at all (although my wife does--generally about twice per day on her drives to work and home), but I am rather big on smoking pipes. I stopped into Iwan Ries here in Chicago one day--one of the last true pipe shops in America--and I was instantly hooked. It's a nice, relaxing way to end the day in the park or something and a side benefit is that it always attracts fascination. I only smoke about three times a week, though.

I do enjoy a good cigar every now and then, but that's only about once a month.

Smoking is bad!!!

I don't smoke because I'm stupid, I smoke because I love it... Yes it gives cancer, but you sure love eating that crap fast food cancer filled food don't you? Well I don't, I do smoke once in a while. I'm not planning to smoke for my whole life though.

Sometimes I only smoke three times a day, sometimes ten... It really depends on what I'm doing.

My favourite cigarettes are B&H gold but Marlboro red are nice too... I've got twenty packs of those since I'm back from my trip to the USA.
