[QUOTE="nVidiaGaMer"]You're almost exactly like me :o I'm 6 1 and a half and 155-160 :o[QUOTE="Jandurin"][QUOTE="bluezy"]I'm 6'2", 155 lbs.Jandurin
I was 6'1" in 8th and 9th grade and only 138 lbs., 10th grade I was 155 (after working out a lot), and now I'm in 12th grade and 185.
That's too skinny. Though, I've weighed 140 a few times while being this tall.im the same height as you and weigh in the 143-147 range
195, 'bout 6ft when I last checked, and that was awhile ago, so im probly 6ft now.
So im doin pretty good, little above Midweight for my height.
funny, at first I looked at the Height/Weight chart and saw 6' large frame:158-179 and was like HOLY MOTHER ****!!!! THATS NOT RIGHT!!!! It woulda meant that most of the guys I knew were large framed or fat!Kinda scared me at first!
But then I looked down a bit and saw Mens chart, oops.

How do you figure that out anyways? I've heard it talked about, but I've never known how they actually learn that in the first place.
I really don't know how to. I went to a specialist for figuring that out when I was training. It has something to do with electromagnetism and pulses.[QUOTE="Nagru"][QUOTE="heyfunboy"]220 lbs
