On the outside, I usually look calm but in reality I have alot of anger inside of me. It's not healthy, I know but I can't help it.

Next to none. I'm not a hateful person at all.

I really hate ....tv commercials and have been known to fly off in a rage when certain comcast commercials come on.

i get a lot of rage but not hate. i when im made i get so pumped up i do things that i cant normally do. like punch a hole through a wall. (not brick obviously)

Any hate I have is caused by, and directed at, one person in particular. I'm not a very happy person these days, especially at home and when I have contact with this person (ironically both cases being the only people I actually want to have contact with) so that can make me get pretty angry sometimes. Nothing violent, just... really grumpy.

I have planned a murder.

A great, great, great deal of hate. Not so much rage as I am very good at bottling it up inside me.

I have incredible amounts of rage.. i just keep it in. I pity the soul who makes me mad enough to unleash all of my rage. I am going to destroy him.

a lot...the girl I like broke up with her boyfriend bout a week ago, I was gonna make a move, and BAM today the guy says "omg girl pls forgive me i love you get back" and they are in a relationship again ¬¬ but life goes on...

Im a teenage boy, so i have plenty. :P

But I'm a musician so I let most of it out in song. What I cant let out just stays bottled up inside. God knows how long til i finally snap. :?
