No, no. I'm not going to be mean about this.

If you're really this concern and not looking for attention, then do your research or go to your doctor and ask him or her what you should do. That should have been the first thing to do instead of coming to OT predominantly of males, especially that of a gaming forum.

Seeing as how you didn't do that, and you're just so concern about "losing" weight, why don't you keep an eating journal? Write down everything you eat. Eat smaller, but more meals (portion size meals 3-4 times a day). Exercise an hour or two a day for starters and just go from there. You're not going to lose a large amount of weight or lose it quickly by doing this. I hope that's not what you're wanting.

You say your 115 lbs and have cellulite. Well guess what? Every woman has cellulite. Stop being so self-conscious about it. No one really cares if you have it. Are you a celebrity? No. So you won't have cameras following you around taking pictures of it. No need to panic and be in complete shambles over it.

You say you're a size three and you used to be a size zero. That ship has sailed. You're not going to be a size zero anymore unless you lose a lot of weight, which you probably shouldn't. 115 lbs is around the spectrum that one should be when they're 5'2", give or two a few pounds. Be glad you're NOT under 100 lbs. It sucks. I hate it. I'm under 100 lbs, a size zero, and can't find anything. However, you know why I'm underweight? I have a really fast metabolism that makes it hard to gain weight and I am TRYING to GAIN weight. I want to gain weight.

Your life isn't going to end. If your family keeps harassing you about being fat, ignore them or say, "Damn straight and proud of it." Also, you say you're home while your friends are at school. Why aren't you in school? Shouldn't you be in school? Or did you drop out?

*facepalms* Tepni.. I'm going to try and say this as nice as I can.. Stop making topics like this, because we all know you want the attention, bad.. You're normal, you're pretty, all that. Eat like you want to, take a run for 30 minutes every day. Remember to snack between meals on fruit or veggies. if you are so desperate about attention, make a blog, tag it with various things that make you easier to find...Deihjan

I will start an eating journal. I'm not wanting to lose a large amount of weight. I guess cellulite isn't that big of a deal, but it grosses me out. I never had it before. It's hard to not be self conscious about it. I know my life isn't going to end, never said it was. I was just asking for advice. And yes I dropped out, junior year. Not because of grades or any of that, but because I became really self conscious. My ex and his friends bullied me, and I ended up cutting all my hair off and became depressed and just hid from everything and everyone for a year.

Well if it will make you happy then i say go for it....just maybe consult a doctor first to make sure it wont damage your health cos that really should be your number 1 priority :)

This is what I tell most people. Don't complain if you aren't going to do something about. Don't like your weight? Work out, eat healthy. Don't find excuses. Just do it.

Look if you want to lose weight. Diet and Exercise are both crucial. Don't skip meals, just eat smaller portions of starchy foods(pastas, bread, rice), and eat more fruits and veggies. Protein intake can be the same. Cardio is essential to losing weight, so run/jog 4-5 times a week.
