I know I stated how often I wash my hands, but one thing most people do not realize is that over washing is just as bad as not washing at all. Getting exposed to germs and bacteria help one build up an immunity to said germs and bacteria and in doing so, help one from getting sick. It's OK to be a germaphobe, but ya have to build up your immune system to help fight colds, diseases, viruses and anything else that could get you sick.
When using the bathroom, when I've been outside, before touching food and after, but also during because I tend to do multiple things while cooking. If I pet an animal in the house, if I touch door handles too many times (there's a lot of doors here).
Let's not forget before washing my face especially in the morning, and I shower every evening as well.
I'm pretty clean overall I would say.
Only sometimes. Mostly once or twice a day. At home I never wash my hands after using the bathroom or eating. It's just stupid.
Quite often. I once worked for the infection control department of the NHS and it got drummed in to my head the importance of clean hands on the wards. I think Im getting a bit OCD about it now.
