Superbowl coming up. I'll watch for sure but other than that I only watch it Thanksgiving day. I just let the teams battle it out after that. I have no favorite team but I pick a side for all the games I watch.

How do you guys feel about American Football and how often do you watch?

4 years you could say my Sundays were exclusively reserved to watch Football now I pretty much only catch the playoffs/Super Bowl. My interest has simply cratered.

Football is a sport for weak men who wish to hide from fighting real battles.

i'll catch a game or two during the season but i'm usually busy with other things on sundays

i've been dvr'ing the playoffs and quick watching them by basically 30 second skipping between each play. you can get through a whole game in less than an hour that way

I watched maybe 8 hours of NFL games this year, and probably less college football. I usually watch more when my hometown team, the Colts, are playing well. This season wasn't a lot of fun to watch. I generally don't watch many of the games outside of Colts games. I enjoy football, but I can take it or leave it.

I never really devoted my Sundays to watching games, but I've also found my interest waning, especially when I still had cable.

If you watch any of the sports networks, mostly ESPN, you get bombarded with NFL all year long...there is no off-season. Apparently they aren't familiar with the adage, "Absence makes the heart grow fonder and familiarity breeds contempt." Frankly, before I cut the cord, I just got sick of hearing about The National Football League as they insist on calling it..

Not a big fan of football but I'll watch if it's Superbowl (tidbits here and there) and a football game if there's food.

I watch as much as I can of the NFL in the regular season.

Because I'm in New England and a Patriots fan I also watch into the postseason.

Once they're out of it I don't watch as much.

I wont watch the Superbowl, I'll check the score afterward but I'll probably take the time to get some stuff done around the house and play some games.

Used to be my favorite sport, now I barely ever watch it.

I like baseball much better, not big on football or basketball. Will be working during the Super Bowl. I honestly do sometimes enjoy the commercials more than the game. That being said, I saw last year's game and it was a good one.

If I have time to watch, then I watch. I definitely won't miss the Superbowl.

Even before I cut the cord, I rarely watched ESPN anymore. It's a sad statement considering when I was in high school and college I would watch the same episode of SportsCenter (the previous night's West coast taping) over and over in the mornings.

Disney/ABC ruined ESPN.

I watch plenty of NFL. But, most NFL games are on broadcast channels (CBS, ABC, etc). So, ESPN doesn't even connect when it comes to the NFL. This Superbowl will be broadcast by CBS where I am.

I connect the FIFA World Cup more with ESPN.

Too bad the Cards lost. At least they got out of their long "whipping boy" status.

Only saw one game so far and I didn't really get it (rules etc) so don't tend to watch it.

I watch football every sunday. Or I DVR it and watch later. Ditto for thursday games. Will definitely watch Superbowl. LOVE football. HS football is huge where I live so I watch lots of that too. Ditto for college football.

Football is probably most shared passion of Texans(or guns or trucks).

Not just professional football but professional sports in general, seem like the male version of reality shows.
