How to deal with a sexual provocative female?

I'm not sure if its just me or shes like that with all guys (pretty sure shes like that with most guys). She would come and stand so close to me and talk about her day or something which I'm not interested in. She tries to act cute and speak in different voices, sometimes when she's sad she would mimic a child crying and try to act like a Japanese anime character. She also was once eating a sandwich which ended with an "oops, I got some chocolate on my lips" while proceeding to wipe it off in a provocative manner. She says she likes standing next to me because Im so tall which makes her feel short and more secure about her height.

And when there's someone else talking to me, she'd come and make fun of me in front of them or remind me of something which I hate. Which confuses the fk out of me. This person also LOVES making fun of me and making me miserable. Sometimes she would come and talk to me about her male friends or whatever, all which I'm not interested to hear.

Uggh, I'm not in the mood to deal with any more of the crap people give me. I'm currently depressed and I hate all humans and I'm busy with my own shit. How do I avoid this girl like the plague, and when I try to not talk to her she talks to my friends or talks to me in a very friendly way which makes it impossible to tell her to fk off. Usually her very friendly conversations are ultimately ended by her making fun of me and leaving... The f***?

She is. If you ask me I'll tell you she has histrionic personality disorder, but I am probably biased. Regardless I think its fair to say some females love attention.

Why not just talk to her and find out what she wants from you. My point is, the only way to solve this mystery is to have a nice conversation. No I'm not suggestion going on a date or anything, you need to see what's up with her and why. Is she a stalker or something?

No shes not. I did have lots of nice conversations with her, which all end by her either asking a favor or just simply making fun of me and leaving. She's very vague with her actions, and shes pretty smart. She sends out signals which no one can read, which confuses the fk our of me and my friends. Some of my friends think shes into me and others don't.

Regardless, I don't want to have a date with her and I'm pretty sure it gonna end in a disaster. I'm just tired of her provocative signals that she keeps sending. I can never be sure if shes doing it because shes attracted or simply using me to keep me in her loop of handymen.

Ughh, maybe I'm reading way too much into it. I hate manipulative people.

Based on the information given, the girl seems to value male attention (and arguably likes to toy with men), so I guess you could explicitly tell her off or something. If it's clear that you're not interested, she might realize her games don't work on you and leave you alone.
