Why does it need cleaning? I have enough to do keeping the house clean never mind everything else. Fire would just make a mess not clean anything at all. Bleach would be a better option unless its lime scale then it just removes the colour of the stain. Cillit bang might work.
I would nuke all of Africa, most of South America, eastern Europe, the middle east and maybe 40% of Asia and then using my innumerable funds landscape it all into car parks and develop portal technology so that when the car park is full, you just pay a small toll fee and you can park in the middle of Argentina, and then enter another portal to go back to the shopping centre or whatever.
