Would finally be able to philosophize all day long.

Reading, reading, and a bit more reading. There are hundreds of books I'd love to read, but don't have time so I have to pick and choose.

I imagine I would read a lot

I don't imagine that they'd be much else to do.

I guess a life in prison would be a life with really no consequences for your actions, considering you're already in jail for life. I would spend days meticulously planning my escape. If that didn't work I would start a gang called the kitty katz.

I would probably use that time to do some good. Police are always looking for inmates willing to work with them. Sure I can get killed, but I'm already in prison. Killing me would just mean I didn't have to do it myself.

Killing yourself because its less painful would be, in comparison, quite cowardly.
