How's Google Chrome compared to Firefox?

I'm thinking about trying out Google Chrome since I always use Google. I'm wondering how it is compared to Firefox which is the web browser I use.

Are there any glitches or security issues with Google Chrome?

What are your opinions on it?

They have the money to make it faster. Better. Stronger. But really i like chrome better, the minimilistic look is better and faster

Its free to download try it out. I still use firefox I just personally like it more.

I use all the browsers all the time, Firefox, Opera, Chrome, IE, Safari. Certain applications work slightly better on some browsers. No one browser is "ultimate" but overall I personally like Chrome at the moment.

I personally like the bookmark sync that Chrome has if you have a gmail account. No matter where I go, if I log into my gmail account all my bookmarks and tabs are right there, really neat.

I use google chrome. It is a lot better than FF. More cleaned up and simple interface.

i say it is far more better. but i still use firefox for some stuff

I've used both and for some reason I just don't like Chrome at all. Something about is just annoys me and I rarely use it. Firefox has some annoyances but as it stands I'm sticking with it

Chrome is thee browser. It's sleek, smooth, fast and rarely crashes. Well for me anyways. Lots of cool themes and extensions (add-ons) just like Firefox.

Back on my laptop I used Chrome, but on my desktop computer I haven't really gotten used to it. I like Firefox's personas (I actually made my own for it.) and I don't like how Chrome is so limited in that department.

That complaint may be a bit silly, but I also prefer the overall interface of Firefox.

yes it is, its chromes code. They basically use chromium in order to update chrome and bug fixes.

I'm using chrome atm and its nice. You can hide most things at the top of taskbar so all you can see are your tabs and your current web address. Its simplistic and clean.

Chromium, while essentially the same thing as Chrome, is far better. Why you ask? Open-source I say. Oh yeah, there is also no silly branding.
