OK, my neice is staying with us for the night. She comes over to me and says,'I've seen the Simpsons Movie 2 on DVD.''Where did you see it?' I asked,'My friend has it,' she said.I skeptically say, 'How long has she had it for?'She says, 'Quite a few months now,'So I say, 'I think it must have been the first Simpsons Movie because they're not making a number 2, or at least they haven't decided whether they're going to yet.'She says, 'But I've seen it,'So I say, 'What was the case like then?'She says, 'It had black writing on it which said The Simpsons Movie 2'So I say, 'Well what was it about?'She says, 'The Simpsons,'I already know she hasn't seen it but to humour her I showed her on the internet that it hasn't been made. Wikipedia nor IMDb have any record of such a film. I showed her both but she just says, 'Well I've seen it,'So I say, 'Well OK, can you prove it to me somehow?'She says, 'Yeah, I'll ring my friend,'I said, 'OK,''Oh, yeah I just remembered, she's out,' she says,To try and finish the discussion I say, 'Well you've seen that the internet has no record of it,''It's wrong,' she replies,'It can't be wrong,' I said,'Well I've seen what I've seen,' she replies,I say, 'Maybe you think you've seen what you've seen, but I think you've probably just seen the first movie,'Now she starts getting louder, 'I have seen the Simpsons Movie 2,' she says,'OK, maybe you're right. Can you borrow it off your friend to show me?' I ask,'No,' she replies,'Listen, I would have seen it advertised if it was out on DVD,' I said,'She got it from abroad,''Where?' I ask,'I don't know,'So I show her on Amazon and E-bay that there is no such DVD out. 'Well I've seen it,' she says,'Maybe you think you have,' I say,Louder again, 'I've seen it,'This is getting really frustrating and so I say, 'The Simpsons movie was released in July 2007, therefore for your friend to have had it on DVD for a few months, they must have made a sequel and gone through all of production in under a year, do you really think that is likely?''Yes,' she replies.'OK, I don't believe it has been made but you think that if you want to,' I say,'But I've seen it,' she says,'Maybe you have,''I have,' she says,I'm about to SCREAM by this stage, I say 'Fine! That's absolutely fine! You've seen the Simpsons movie 2,'She walks out of the room. My head nearly explodes with frustration.:shock:

Well, for a start, Muslims have faith; Hindus have faith; how do you know that yours is right? Also, it's possible to have faith in anything, including something that is untrue... so, then, we're left with no reason to believe in God.

What the hell? How did someones tale of arguing with their niece over a film that was never released become a religion argument???

I was just wondering that.

How old is this girl? You got ticked about something like that? There is no Simpsons Movie 2. You should have just left it.
Heres one:
My friend was baby sitting his friend's sister.
She was watching The Cheetah Girls and Hannah Montana. He couldn't take it anymore.
He gave her 5 bucks to not move so he could go upstairs and watch a movie.
A few minutes later she came upstairs and said that she had to go to the bathroom, so she gave his money back.
He gave her another 5 bucks to watch the movie with him, so he didn't have to worry about her.
So the movie had shooting in it. The girl says that her mom won't let her watch violent movies (she was 8 )
So he forked over ANOTHER 5 and told her not to tell her mom that she had watched it.
So she says "Oh I think I might need some more. I want a new barbie doll. I hope mom dosen't FIND OUT about how you are babysitting me instead of my brother."
And she kept blackmailing him...cost him 30 bucks...and he only made 25 as pay from his friend...so he lost 5 bucks over all.
At least your problem didn't cost you...
