It's a language called "Gullah" and it's spoken by african americans off the islands of georgia and south carolina. it's english based, and has alot of creole and african language influences.
I think it's really fun to read.

theres islands off of SC....whoa i lived there and im sure we have no islands off of the coast. we have islands sort of that are part of the state nothing off of the coast.
