Be the good older brother, make him be responsible and keep tabs on him. I watch out for my sister when she drinks, but my parents do know (and are cool about it).

Drinking? Why do you think he was doing it? Was it because he was experimenting, or could he have been pressured by his friends? Anyways, i think you should indeed tell your dad. He needs some authority to turn him away from those decisions.

it's a 10 year old kid. a twelve pack will do the job nicely. i highly doubt anyone could get alcohol poisoning off a twelve pack.

He's probably just experimenting.....I don't think he should be punished for his curiosity. I think you should tell him, "I hope your not surprised that stuff tastes awful (as I'm sure he already noted) and now that you know...if I catch you doing it again I will tell on you."

lol I just made a topic on thoughts of underage drinking, so this is a bit strange.16+ ok fair enough. But 10 years old, thats far too young! I would tell your dad, that way he can hopefully stop him before he starts making a habit of it.

as would i. His liver is no where near developed yet.
I'm 16 and I drink when I come home from school . Last year I used to eat sweets. Now that I finished all teh martini there is only some nasty wine left so I ran out of fuel :(
