Well some people honestly don't like the taste as is the same with everything. I reckon most that blindly say they hate it are just trying to be cool. Seems to be the big thing now to hate the major chains of anything.

It may taste nice but IMO it's about as healthy as agallon of absinthe. I never eat any fast food anymore as I try to eat healthier than I used to.
I prefer Taco Bell or Subway. Though Mcdonalds is fine. The only thing I don't like about Taco Bell is bad service by that I mean Taco Bell didn't give me everything I order and forgotten one or two things and have done this sort of thing more then once.

Well with all due respect, if that's really your opinion, your opinion is wrong. The ocasional McDonalds isn't "bad" for you and certianly nothing like drinking a gallon of absinthe.

In all honesty, I never got bored of their cheeseburgers (and variations of them). McDonald's is pretty average at best, though. There's a fast food store called Rooster House in Selly Oak, a small town in Birmingham where I live. Generous portions for good prices and the quality has never disappointed me. Apart from that, fast food is very hit and miss depending on the freshness of the food and general quality of the store.
When I went to California for a skydiving trip, I ate at a Wendy's at the motel I stayed in and visited a Hooters nearby. There was also a fast food chain on the dropzone I'd frequent during the two weeks I stayed there. I enjoyed all three places but the DZ had the best selection including rasperry flavoured cold tea!

Likewise, if in your opinion, eating a cheeseburger from McDonalds is as bad as drinking a gallon of absinthe, that's wrong.

I suppose your right to a certain extent but if you truly wish to convice him then provide evidence that aligns with your "opinions". Plus the word opinion can be misused quite often. It's shame that your under the opinion that my statement was of the most serious of nature.
In N Out, The Habit and 5 Guys would all like a word with you, TC... You reminded me that I need to try the 5 Guys that just opened near me, never been to one before. Plus, mcdonalds isnt that great...though their new angus burgers are pretty deadly.
