Pretty much the same here. If a game has online, then great, but if the online is ALL the game is, or is the majority of the game, then forget it.

Well don't play them if you don't like them, easy solution.

I still love them. Give me your PS3 if you won't play anymore. :P

yea you know why?

Because its not about the competition. Its about unlocks, perks, achievements and stupid crap like that.

Nobody plays the game for the sake of the game; fragging an enemy or capturing a flag, that should be reward enough.

But no, its not, so they added all this bullcrap and now people dont play for the competition, they play for material (in-game) things

Video games in general are alright, but what I crave is a good story and a good mental challenge. I find that my interest in gaming is constantly renewed when I play good games that do justice to the medium.

Yeah, that comes and goes for me. I can go a month or two barely playing any games and then spend whole weekends losing sleep over long RPGs or intense MW2 online frag-fests.

The OT isn't the right place for gaming discussion... something like this might be better suited to your blog.
