evildead has a point, exercise released endorphins that make you happy. Your first session where you really push yourself will make you feel crap, but the second will be great.
But get some professional advice first, there's a chance that your condition is clinical.
I'd honestly look around and realize what makes you happy, more so the smaller gifts of life and just how meaningful they are. If you can realize this, you'll be happy to be alive and feel gifted at the same time. All of the other privlages you have mean little compared to the gift of life, be fortunate and make yourself happy. That is all I can say.
Depression can be caused by a lot of different factors, but I've found that one thing that helps is having at least some people around you to share your thoughts with, preferably outside of your family as well, as your family may be a bit too close to your situation.
But yes, I know what you mean. I have had periods where literally nothing amused me or relieved my thoughts. It's not much of a comfort, but the intension of these moments costs a lot of energy, and eventually you'll start feeling better as you simply won't have the energy to worry about everything anymore. It's a sort of wave motion, if you will.
Are you that moronic that you can't comprehend a simple little post? I clearly said I KNOW THAT I AM SPOILED. IF YOU READ IT, which you didn't, then you would have seen where I wrote, "I feel depressed, but I shouldn't. I am more privileged than a lot of people. Then I get more depressed because I shouldn't have anything to be depressed about." Please, please, please show me in my original post where I said I wasn't grateful? Show me! I am the most grateful person in the world, and if you had actually read what I wrote, instead of being a prick/troll, then you would have seen where I wrote that I know that I am privileged and there is no reason why I should be depressed, but I just am. Go away.

Honestly you seem more bored than depressed. I said you were ungrateful because you are bored of the Blessings you have. Usually depression results from bad situations or circumstances. What kind of repsonses do you expect when you post your life story on the internet? I'm not a prick or a troll. Just telling you the real deal. Lots of people including myself deal with depression everyday feeling uninspired and not motivated to do anything. Does it upset you that my previous post didn't give you a sympathetic response or stroke your ego on some 'cheer up dude, life will get better' tip? The truth is life won't get better and you won't feel better until you get off your ass, stop feeling sorry for yourself, stop fudging out and start finding ways to occupy your time. If you want to go out and exercise, go do it, pure and simple. You are the only one holding yourself back. End the pity party and loose the excuses.
