I'm thinking on college in the Spring ('07, too. 8)) or sticking to some serious training, focusing on the martial art. I'm quitting my first job on a payroll, Dairy Queen (since May this year), later today (it's 12:22 A.M. over here). I'm just going to keep training, pushing my limits.
Even though many people are telling me "join" and "don't join" the military, especially given the situation of 1st world country-governments...namely my home-'country'(U.S.), I've thought little of it. I have no need to become a dog of the military (No offense).

I'm sorry...aren't marine privates called "dogs"? Where are/were you stationed? One of their nicknames is devil dogs...
I sort of see myself in the same situation in a couple years. I'm only fifteen, now but my freshman year wasn't so great and I just dont' think I have the motivation to pull off insane grades to get my gpa to a 3.5. So I'm thinking join the Marines, or join the Army and apply to go to Ranger school
Congratulations! You are now officially a tool of society, please step in the booth (BOOTH, WHAT BOOTH?) of your choice to which path you wish to take, are you ready to work your butt off or do you want some more brain-washing curiculi? :D
