I'm 23 years old and I find myself not interested in anything. I do things to pass the time like watching films or playing games, but the sold reason I'm doing these activities is to help pass the time otherwise I'd just be sitting in silence, which is something I do almost daily. Nothing is particularly fun for me. Everything just feels bland and redundant. When ever I try something new I never become interested or have fun. It just feels like I'm spending my entire life doing things I don't enjoy.

Visualize your ideal life.
Where would you be?
What would you be doing?
Would you have lots of friends? Dates? Would you go out, party?
If you could be anybody in the world, who would you be?
Also is the social anxiety something you would like to change.
Where would you be? I'm not sure. Somewhere cool, I'm not a fan of warm weather What would you be doing? Living off a well funded bank account Would you have lots of friends? Dates? Would you go out, party? Of course, but nothing like clubs I'm not a fan of overly crowded and loud places If you could be anybody in the world, who would you be? Me, but a happier version of me Also is the social anxiety something you would like to change. Of courseWell put it this way.
For most people, they develop a set of interests and dreams, and try to make money off that.
If you had all the money in the world, what would you be doing with yourself?
