One of my friends died last week from an infection that spread to his brain. He had his wisdom teeth taken out and started getting headaches a few days later. He thought it was because of having his teeth taken out, not because he had developed an infection in his gums. It spread to his brain in less than two weeks and killed him. Only 19 years old, what a shame.

That sucks really bad, I don't really have a best friend that I've know my whole life, but I consider my brother my best friend and if something like that happened to him, I don't know what i would do.

dam did his family sue the dentist?
They're working on it right now actually. Its just they need to prove that he got the infection due to the dentist's malrpractice, and not from an outside source or afterwards. The dentist could be blamed if he used dirty tools during the procedure but its hard to pinpoint where he got it from. Either way man, its been rough on his family because its about a month before graduation and he would be the first one out of his siblings to actually finish school.

Sorry for your friend in these occasions all we can say is futile but i would like to believe that he will meet a better place for those that love him you got always the good memories
