Not necessarily, as I said, it's a matter of exploring yourself and seeing what seems to work best for you. For some people, sexuality comes without any transition phase, and for some, it takes a bit more exploring. I'd rather just stick to experimenting for now. I don't really feel the need to call myself bi, because as I said before, I am experimenting. Calling myself bi would imply that I have already discovered my sexual alignment.
