you, obviously, need to stop putting some much emphasis on being accepted OR rejected. There are other people out there for you. do you seriously think that you're 100% perfect and every girl is going to want to go out with you?? Dude, seriously. You need to develop thicker skin. Put the drink down, get dressed up,go out, and talk to other women. Being around other women will make you feel better than any drink ever could. If you have to drink, then have a shot or two of something strong for courage, then start socializing. Always maintain control over your drinking. Only drink enough to calm your nerves then stop, because drunk guys turn women off.

Don't drink to kill the pain. Unless you feel you have nothing to offer in a relationship, you shouldn't really feel bad about being rejected. Would you really want to be dating someone who's too stupid or too shallow to see your merits? How about someone who doesn't want to be in a relationship, or someone with whom you are incompatible?
