I miss growing up and listening to Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, STP, Soundgarden, Bush, Collective Soul, and of course my favorite Nirvana on the radio when they were in their prime. I wish I could go back in time, is there anyone in OT that agrees?

Yeah, except I miss Pokemon and getting dunkaroos in my lunch.XilePrincess
Ah the good ol days of after school pokemon watching. Oh, Team Rocket, will you ever learn? :P
Don't miss the tech(as in I would miss youtube), but miss the atmosphere and entertainment.
Everything/one had a post war boom high.(cold war)
Money "seemed" to poor out the wazoo
2D US animation glory was happening on the big and little screen. (disney Renaissance)
Though, oddly enough I would miss post 2000 anime. Many fans consider 90s the king time for anime. I consider the post 2000s that with the birth of better production values, betterenglish dubbing, and studio bones (FMA, Eureka 7, host club, soul eater, ect)
yeah I do too, because I was young and only a kid and therefore had no real responsibilities or worries in life and lif was more simple and fun then.
Had I been born in 1980 instead of 1990 I'm sure I'd be talking about how much I miss the 80's as oppposed to the 90's.
it's irritating seeing kids/young teens who were born >2000 and they're just... insane O_O people born in the early 90's, and before, seem to be so much more... normal, grounded, capable of basic skills. yes we had gameboys and stuff but we weren't born into the world with an I HEART APPLE tattoo on our foreheadsporcelain_mai
Actually i was born in 92 and i'm not normal or grounded at all.

It's the same with every generation in all honesty. We're no different. I actually think the 90's sucked anyway. Would've much preferred to live in the 80's.

>__< it's stuff like that that makes me die a little inside.

I miss the 90s rock and metal, but I don't miss the 90's pop scene, if that's what you're talking about. :PArmoredCore55
how? Every new rock and mainstream hard rock band have just been recycling the crappy rock and hard rock from the 90's... its not any different now then it was then...
I never understood the obsession with the whole "grunge" thing...
You mean you wish you were a child again?Wilfred_Owen

Although there are quite a few things I miss from the 90's, I'm pretty content with the current decade.
I'd rather be this age several hundred years from now. Things might be more interesting.
Sadface that I won't. Well, seeing how far gaming came since the 90s, maybe by 2050 or so I'll be sittin' in a virtual reality machine.

The Jonas Brothers... Hanson?
Lady GaGa... Madonna? Shes 80's and 90's...
Even pop music hasn't changed...
Pop music seems to have gotten worse later on the years. :(ArmoredCore55
I disagree...
Just look at my sig... thats amazing pop music right there...

What on Gods big blue pearl is a dunkaroo? Is it chocolately? Can you blend it?
The 90's was the best because there was a balance. There was just enough technology to keep things awesome and the t.v., music was great but not enought so that kids were always outside and there was less drama more chilling. It was always going outside to skate or just wreak havok then go back inside to catch a cartoon.
Now there is just too much. Kids have facebook, twitter, text messaging, face chat, more videogames, better t.v's with a bagillion channels, I never see kids out anymore they are all getting drunk at the age of 13 and listening to Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber.
....Other then the Bieber part, the way you describe kids nowadays sounds ******* cool. Drinking at 13. Good times, good times. Now there is just too much.
