What types of books do they write?
McCarthy won a Pulitzer for The Road, which is a post-apocalyptic story about a man and his son's trek across a desolate America. Just a warning, that book is not written like most books, (for example, there are no quotation marks), and is very graphic in some areas (we're talking cannibalism here).
There is Jose Saramago. A great novelist, although his novels he only uses period and commas for punctuation on purpose. He doesnt use - " ? ! ; : ( ) in any part.curono
