Basically what I'm looking to do is buy web space to store large files (i.e. up to 1 GB), and then be able to share them with other people by allowing them to download the files.  I would like to be able to have unlimited downloads by other people instead of having a limited amount of downloads per month like some plans offer.  Also, I'd like to have anywhere between 20GB and 100GB of storage at any time and the ability to delete and add files at any time.  Can anyone point me to a website that offers a plan like this?

As long as it's legal file sharing and you own the rights to share them, I'd suggest getting a dedicated server.

Oh by the way, it's gonna cost you atleast $100 a month.
