Ok so when i want ot go play games a big green screen comes up and says som stuff and i've tryed a bunch of stuff but the inministrator has disabled lots of things like internet options, command prompt, even sites like sneak 2 and all of those sites are blocked, not allowed to right click on desktop, and a lot more but i cant remember them right now. I need help.  My computer teacher can freeze our screens when were not listneing like our whole screen turns blue and all you have to press is ctrl, alt, esc and it minimizes the screen it's cool, so i tried the same method on the block screen and never worked. So if anyone nows how to get past this kind of thing tell me please!
