I need help with a bully

On my evening bus there is this freshman who won't stop calling me names. I try to ignore him but he really bothers me a lot. Every time I get on the bus he insults me and sometimes it leads to some punching. He is a lot smaller than me and it would not be hard to just beat him up, but I would run the risk of getting suspended for 10 days. What should I do that could make him stop but not get me suspended. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, if you have previous experience please tell me.

Just get a different way home or something than the bus. But it he hits you again then punch him in the ****in head. If he has friends with him on the bus that'll back him up, oh well, you might get hurt but that kid won't try it again if you really nail him.

Ofcourse violence isn't a good answer....but if it's already started by them, then it would be good to show yourself that you can take it to the next level if you need to. Good to know for the future. If you get suspended then it happens, but if he hit you first then you shouldn't be, if your.....(whoever handles suspensions, vp?)  is a decent guy, then you shouldn't. And spotting a perfect suspension record isn't that bad, when you said you can't get suspended I thought there was something bigger at work there.

It earns you respect. there a time for reason and a time to fight. 

I could obviously destory him in a fight but I will be suspended and I simply can not afford to be suspended unless I want to ruin my suspension free record.googledotman

It may be the wimpy way to go, but guess what, you need to somehow document that it is going on, be it through a cell phone video or audio recording, and then go to the principle or vice principle at your school. He'll get in trouble and hopefully it'll get him off your butt. If not, then beat the living daylights out of him. This way the incident has been reported, the school was aware of what was happening and you can claim self defense.

Going to higher powers is really the only way you can maybe get him to leave you alone. There is nothing you can really say or do short of showing him that you're not going to take it. He's a dumb kid and so long as he knows you're not going to do anything, and he can display his dominance over you through verbal means, he won't stop.

Either learn to ignore him or go to the principle. It might sound lame, but its the only way you're going to keep yourself from getting suspended.

i dunno, this kid threw gum in my hair once. i wailed on him and got away with it. (i'm a female, so it was pretty embarassing to him). another kid used to pick on me, but one day i punched him in the face and gave him a bloody nose. needless to say, nobody **** with me after that.

honestly i would say beat the crap out of the kid and teach him a lesson since he was hitting you first.

dont try to hit HIM or anything, all you have to do is catch him whan he is alone and have a talk, since your bigger u have to act tuff and stonrg, dont luagh and have your poker face on 8)
