Agreed I was going to say kick in the nuts. But a day earlier prepare the grosiest, worst, most sexually ofending mom pranks and tell them in front of her girlfriend. If he hits, you can say your hits were provoked.
If the fight occurs, don't make a mess. Just give 1 single killer punch enough to make him go dark and get him to the infirmary. Youll be rewarded for your nice actions. Remember this only works if you ko him in the first punch, so dont start pushing and do 1 single good punch.
Start talking to him, act like his friend, sit with him, have conversations with him. If he starts making fun of you or hitting you just be like that's not nice or it's rude to say that, stuff like that. It's what I do when people bother me, makes em look like a fool, especially if your around your friends.
I'm dealing with a bully myself. He calls me gay simply because I'm a gamer, yet he wears tight emo pants and short shorts. I didn't have any problems woth him on the 1st day of school. He started it. I'm just finishing it. but now I just make funof him to the point where I have the whole class on my side. He can't go to the teacher because he began making fun of me for basically no reason at all and she knows it.
I got a new solution. Put on some black shirts and pance and gloves, then put on some black eye liner to make your eyes black and follow him home. When you see his house, sneak up on him, grab him and turn him towards you. Get in his face and say in The Undertakers voice "I got your number". That will scare him alot.

Get off at his bus stop with a friend, go with a friend and dont be stupid like me (scar under my right eye), still won tho, although he wasnt a bully i just didnt like him...that dosn't make me the bully right?

This is very true, some people wont get it through there head, till you "put" it in there for them.
